Alicia has been a part of the practice since day one. That’s right, she was able to witness Dr. Halim and Dr. Stallsmith’s “love at first sight” moment. It was magical. With a strong background in Dental Assisting and Practice Management, she has been able to help guide the practice towards success.
Whether behind-the-scenes or in person Alicia stands ready to assist our patients with financial questions and resolutions. Outside of the office, you can find Alicia at the Hill parks with her little Halims, Vjera, Adrian and Elijah.
Cailynn
Cailynn is passionate about serving as the Office Manager at Nishan Halim, DMD. With 10 years of experience in the dental industry, she has become an expert in practice management, ensuring that patient care always remains the top priority. From scheduling appointments to optimizing office procedures, she aims to create an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Throughout her career, Cailynn has learned a lot about dental procedures, insurance protocols, and regulatory compliance. She is confident in navigating through the industry's complexities. However, her primary focus is always cultivating an environment that feels like family. She believes in treating every patient and team member with compassion and professionalism. Cailynn is a big believer in innovation and growth.She is always looking for new ways to use technology and facilitate continuing education for her team. Her goal is to improve their practice and stay ahead of the curve.
When she is not at work, Cailynn can be found exploring the latest advancements in dental management, volunteering in the community, or spending quality time with her loved ones. She is genuinely passionate about her work at Nishan Halim, DMD, and she can't wait to welcome patients to our dental family!
