Your journey to better dental health begins with a warm welcome from our front-desk staff, who are eager to make your visit as smooth as possible. To help us serve you better, we ask that you bring the following to your first appointment:

Upon check-in, our team will guide you to our exam rooms where your dental health assessment starts. This includes a thorough cleaning to remove any plaque or tartar, followed by a detailed examination of your teeth, gums, and jawbone health.

Dr. Nishan Halim takes a personal approach to dental care, ensuring he gets to know each patient and their dental history. After the initial exam and cleaning, you'll have a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Halim, where he will discuss any dental concerns and potential treatment plans, always with your well-being in mind.

Navigating Payment and Dental Insurance
Our Washington DC dentist office is committed to providing our local community with top-of-the-line dental care and services. For this reason, any fees we charge are the same for all patients, insured or not. We do everything we can to ensure our patients have access to their necessary dental care treatments regardless of their financial circumstances. This is why we accept a wide range of payment and insurance options.
At Nishan Halim, DMD, we believe financial considerations should not prevent you from receiving the dental care you need. We are a fee for service office. Unless other arrangements are made, we ask our patients to make payments at the time of service or pay online prior to your appointment. We currently offer the following options for payment:

While we are not in-network with dental insurances, we work with all PPO dental benefit companies and assist in claim filing to ensure you receive your benefits promptly.
